1. FREE On-Site Estimate

  • We inspect interior and exterior, including basements, attics, crawl spaces, pantries, and garage corners

  • We identify active zones and track droppings, urine trails, and nests

2. Homemade Humane Bait Placement

  • After assessment (sometimes same day), we place strategic bait stations inside and out

  • Baits are effective, tamper-proof, and positioned to avoid pets and children

3. Follow-Up & Exclusion

  • Within 3–5 days, we return to check bait stations and begin entry point sealing

  • We provide multi-material exclusion: steel wool, caulk, foam, concrete, galvanized steel mesh, and minor repairs
