Small Bodies, Big Problems

Mice only need a dime-sized hole to invade your home β€” and once inside, they breed fast, chew wires, and contaminate food and surfaces. You might hear scratching in the walls, or find droppings in cabinets or drawers. We don’t just bait and leave. Critter Craze Control locates every access point, seals it tight, and monitors your property until it’s rodent-free for good.

🎯 How We Eliminate Mice

1. FREE On-Site Estimate

  • We inspect interior and exterior, including basements, attics, crawl spaces, pantries, and garage corners

  • We identify active zones and track droppings, urine trails, and nests

2. Homemade Humane Bait Placement

  • After assessment (sometimes same day), we place strategic bait stations inside and out

  • Baits are effective, tamper-proof, and positioned to avoid pets and children

3. Follow-Up & Exclusion

  • Within 3–5 days, we return to check bait stations and begin entry point sealing

  • We provide multi-material exclusion: steel wool, caulk, foam, concrete, galvanized steel mesh, and minor repairs

πŸ›‘οΈ How We Prevent Them From Coming Back

  • We conduct a full exclusion sweep, sealing all visible and hidden access points

  • Repairs may include:

    • Drywall patching

    • Plywood reinforcement

    • Mesh installation over vents and gaps

  • Ongoing tips for sanitation and food storage

  • All exclusion work includes a warranty

πŸ“ Note: Mice can transmit hantavirus, salmonella, and trigger allergies. We recommend full sealing even if you've only seen one.

🧠 The Psychology of Mice

  • Mice are nocturnal and curious but fearful of open space, which is why they stick to baseboards and walls

  • They nest in insulation, behind appliances, inside drawers, and wall cavities

  • A single female can produce 25–60 mice per year

  • They chew constantly to file their teeth β€” which leads to damage to wires, insulation, and wood framing

🏠 How Mice Access Your Home or Building

  • Entry points include:

    • Gaps in foundation, door sweeps, utility lines, plumbing entry holes

    • Under garage doors, basement windows, roofline gaps

  • Often enter during cold months, but stay year-round if food is accessible
