FAQs
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes! We provide FREE on-site inspections for all pest and wildlife services. We believe in doing the job right and that starts with seeing the issue in person so we can build the best plan for your space.
What’s included in your service?
Our services go beyond just trapping or spraying. We also perform exclusion work, which means we locate and seal every point of entry we can find. We use materials like steel mesh, caulk, foam, weatherized plywood, and concrete to keep pests and wildlife from coming back. Most companies don’t include this but we believe it’s the most important step.
Do you offer warranties on your work?
Yes! All exclusion work comes with a warranty. If critters come back through a hole we previously serviced, we’ll return, remove them again, and re-seal the area at no charge.
What kinds of critters do you handle?
We specialize in both pest control and wildlife removal, including:
🐀 Rats, 🐁 Mice, 🪳 Roaches, 🐜 Ants
🦝 Raccoons, 🐿️ Squirrels, 🦨 Skunks, 🦇 Bats
🐦 Birds, 🦔 Possums, 🕷️ Spiders, and more
If you're not sure, just ask!
Is your work humane?
Yes — always. We use humane, ethical trapping and removal techniques for all wildlife. Our goal is to protect both your property and the animals involved.
Is it safe for my kids and pets?
Yes. We treat your home like it’s our own. Everything we use is safe for families and pets, and we’ll always explain what’s being applied, where, and why. If any special precautions are needed, like keeping little ones or furry friends out of certain areas for a short time, we’ll let you know ahead of time. Safety comes first, always.
How long does it take to fix the issue?
It depends on the type of critter and the severity of the problem. Some pests can be resolved in one visit; others (like raccoons or bats) may take 7–21 days of trapping and monitoring. Either way, we keep you informed every step of the way.
How do your appointment windows work?
Our technicians are contractors, and just like the cable company, we provide a 4-hour arrival window for service calls. This allows time to properly handle each property. We appreciate your understanding and always aim to arrive within the given timeframe.
What areas do you service?
We serve Chicago and surrounding suburbs within a 90-minute radius of the city. If you're not sure you're in our zone, just reach out!
Do you offer emergency or same-day service?
Depending on the critter and our schedule, we sometimes offer same-day or next-day service, especially for urgent cases like raccoons, bats, or active rodent sightings.
Do I need to leave my home during treatment?
Not usually. For most sprays and trapping setups, you can remain safely at home. If special precautions are needed, we’ll let you know ahead of time.
