Welcome to Critter Craze Control, LLC. By booking a service or visiting our website, you agree to the following terms:

Services Offered

We provide pest control, wildlife removal, and exclusion services throughout Chicago, IL and surrounding areas. Additional services may be offered on a case-by-case basis. All work is performed by trained contractors.

Appointments

Appointments may include a 4-hour service window. This allows flexibility for our technicians to handle unpredictable wildlife jobs. You will be contacted within 24 hours of form submission to schedule your free on-site estimate. We ask for patience and flexibility, similar to other utility-based services.

Estimates & Payments

• All on-site inspections are free of charge.

• We accept payment via Zelle and major credit/debit cards.

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins; the remaining balance is due upon completion.

• Refunds are offered at our discretion.

Warranties

We offer warranties for the exclusion services we provide. Warranty terms vary depending on the service type and scope. All warranties are voided if:

• Another contractor or individual alters or interferes with our work

• Damage occurs in areas we did not service

If critters return through an area we serviced and sealed, we will return to re-remove and reseal at no extra cost during the warranty period.

Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to property

• Any structural issues that prevent proper exclusion

• Damages caused by pests or wildlife before we begin work

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
