  • We install a one-way bat valve at the main exit; bats can leave, but they cannot return

  • All other secondary entry points are sealed same-day

3. Ongoing Monitoring

  • We return every 2 days for up to 3 weeks (7–21 days) to confirm full eviction and adjust sealing if needed

  • We provide a warranty on all exclusion work performed by our team

📝 Note: Because bats are protected, we only perform exclusions outside of maternity season (typically April–August in Illinois), unless there’s a health hazard.
